Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software
- Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, preparing documents, and ensuring overall office organization
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office cleanliness
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred; dental or medical receptionist experience is advantageous
