Your work as a Strategic Project Coordinator will include the following duties:
- Develop and implement project strategies to support organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Serve as the liaison between project teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide administrative support to the office as needed.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies.
- Coordinate with IT to manage office equipment.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
