The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Engineer to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a
fully onsite role. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to design, lead, and
deliver complex IT projects across a wide range of technologies.
If you have experience delivering projects in an MSP environment, you understand the pace,
accountability, and technical rigor this role requires. That background is foundational to this
position and central to how we build our team.

Salary: $80,000-$120,000

What You Will Do
- Consult with clients to assess requirements and recommend technically sound, businessaligned solutions
- Lead small project teams or serve as a senior engineer within larger project
- Manage and deliver projects across Microsoft platforms, cloud infrastructure,
- Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and raising the technical bar
- Conduct IT environment discovery and assessments for new and existing clients
- Lead infrastructure projects tied to mergers and acquisitions, new location buildouts,
- Design and implement centralized computing solutions
- Architect and deploy server virtualization and data center solutions
- Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions that meet client business
- Travel locally to client sites as needed
Experience - Required:
- 5 years of project delivery and engineering experience within a Managed Service
delivery backgrounds are unlikely to be a strong fit.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft platform (Active Directory, Azure,
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead and execute IT projects from scoping
Experience - Preferred
- Prior mid-market or IT consulting experience
- Solutions Architect experience
- Cyber security experience
- Technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, VMware, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical
- Internally motivated with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing competing project priorities
- Genuine commitment to client service and client experience
- A degree in a technology or business-related field is preferred
