Lyons Truck Parts Inc is looking for a knowledgeable and driven Heavy Duty Truck Counter Sales professional to join our team in Kenosha, WI! Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with heavy duty truck parts identification and selection
- Process sales transactions accurately at the parts counter using inventory/POS systems
- Look up part numbers and cross-reference components using parts catalogs and software
- Maintain a well-organized, stocked, and clean counter and showroom area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, owner-operators, and repair shops
- some inventory and warehouse work
- Stay current on heavy duty truck parts, brands, and industry trends
Requirements:
- Prior experience in heavy duty truck parts sales or a related parts counter role strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of heavy duty truck components, systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to use parts lookup software, catalogs, and point-of-sale systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced counter environment with a team-first attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
