Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based out of the Perinton Park Office in Fairport, NY. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include processing transactions, answering customer questions, maintaining accurate records, and enhancing customer experience by providing reliable and professional service. Teamwork and adaptability are essential as the representative supports branch operations and contributes to a customer-focused environment. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. (Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.)

Qualifications

• Experience or proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• A deep understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to foster positive interactions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic proficiency with banking or payment processing systems
• Prior experience in financial services or a similar customer-facing role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in banking or finance are a plus
