Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Perinton Park Office located in Fairport, NY. The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of the branch, ensures team performance, and delivers exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, meeting sales and customer service targets, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting LNB's financial products and services. The Branch Manager will also oversee compliance, support local community outreach initiatives, and work to strengthen customer relationships. The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. (Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.)

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and supervising employees
• Customer service and sales skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, such as loans, deposits, and investments
• Organizational and operational skills, with experience in maintaining regulatory compliance in a banking environment
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with banking software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related digital tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of prior banking or financial services management experience is strongly preferred
