We are looking for a strong, hands on Branch Manager to lead our Batavia, NY location. If you enjoy building teams, improving operations, driving growth, and taking ownership of results — this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do
As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the branch, including Rental, Parts, Service, and Sales. You’ll work closely with the Outside Sales team and company leadership to grow revenue and profitability.
This is a leadership role — but it’s also hands on. You’ll be visible, engaged, and actively involved in helping your team succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing department managers and staff
- Driving branch profitability and managing P&L performance
- Improving processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Supporting sales growth and customer relationship development
- Monitoring inventory, technician productivity, and service quality
- Hiring and developing top talent
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and professional facility
You’ll be empowered to make decisions, solve problems proactively, and run the branch like it’s your own business.

What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Dealership management experience is a plus
- Understanding of financial performance and P&L management
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Experience in construction or industrial markets preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and wants to grow with the company.
