What are the responsibilities and job description for the 911 Dispatcher position at Lyon County, MN?
Lyon County is accepting applications for a full-time 911 Dispatcher. The purpose of this position is to answer emergency and non-emergency calls for police, ambulance, and fire and CAT services. Individual must have established the ability to work under pressure with strong communication and technical/computer skills. Pay range is $25.27 – $35.38 with two pay increases in the first year of employment, and full county benefits. Dispatchers work a rotating schedule of weekdays, weekends, holidays, as well as day & overnight shifts.
