Position Summary

Lynx Salem is seeking a skilled and compassionate Paramedic to join our team for a full-time night shift. The Paramedic will provide high-quality emergency medical care, assess and stabilize patients, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical assessment and treatment according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Administer medications and perform emergency procedures within scope of practice.
• Safely transport and transfer patients as required.
• Complete accurate and timely patient care documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies.
• Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate, professional care throughout the night shift.

Qualifications

• Current Paramedic certification/licensure as required by the state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Previous paramedic or emergency medical experience preferred.
