Position Summary

Lynx Salem is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paramedic to join our team on a full-time day shift. The Paramedic will provide high-quality emergency medical care, respond to patient needs, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical assessment and treatment in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses to care.
• Administer medications and perform emergency procedures within scope of practice.
• Safely transport and transfer patients as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient care documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain medical equipment, supplies, and readiness for emergency response.
• Follow all applicable safety, regulatory, and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Current Paramedic certification/licensure as required by the state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
• Previous paramedic or emergency medical experience preferred.
