You’ll champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards while fostering a proactive, zero-incident mindset.
Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will help execute both short- and long-term strategies to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and position the facility as a top-performing, low-cost producer. You’ll lead and develop a multi-functional team, build organizational strength, and create an environment focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 years of manufacturing or production leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, including corrugating and converting equipment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results
- Experience improving safety, reliability, and operational performance
- Strong business insight, problem-solving ability, and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
