Print Production Associate
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Person
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Print Production Associate to join our team. As a company with 80 years of serving our customers, we take pride in providing a positive work environment where employees are valued and teamwork is essential to our success.
This position supports our print production. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to producing high-quality work while meeting customer deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process print-ready files, including opening, resizing, cropping, and flattening files
- Operate small and large format printing equipment
- Print a variety of products, including documents, posters, plans, banners, and other printed materials
- Scan and save documents as PDF files
- Perform finishing work, including cutting, folding, laminating, binding, stapling, mounting, and packaging
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and print quality
- Package completed orders for pickup or shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
- Work overtime when necessary to meet customer deadlines
