Your Role:
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Lead projects from inception to completion with the support of our skilled Project Engineers and Software Developers, Product Owners with a strong focus on interacting with clients with purposeful drive
- Drive Innovation: Work with engineering team to deliver state-of-the-art solutions.
- Demonstrate a Strong Sense of Ownership and Autonomy: To be successful in this competitive industry, we seek people that have a superior sense of ownership and are customer outcome focused.
- Ensure Excellence: Plan and execute projects professionally, creating value for our customers and Lyngsoe Systems.
- Master Customer Interactions: Interfacing with Customers for project delivery will be a significant part of your role (approx. 30-40% of your time)
· [CB1] Foster Collaboration: Work closely with (primarily) North American customers as the strong connecting point to the internal stakeholders in Denmark to achieve project goals.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects with full responsibility for resource management with financial follow-up.[CB2]
- Ensure project implementation within defined frameworks, meeting functions, prices, delivery times, and legal requirements.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by keeping deadlines, costs, and features in check.
- Build and maintain trust with customers and identify upselling opportunities and change requests.
- Lead the project team with motivation and ensure good cooperation among team members and external parties.
Manage international sub-suppliers and partners on projects.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years in a project management position.Project Management professional qualification, PMP or equivalent.
· Mechanical design or Electrical design preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating detailed plans, applying comprehensive project control methodologies, and managing multiple high-profile IT projects concurrently.
- Experience delivering mechanical and electrical projects on an end-to-end basis.
- Excellent Stakeholder and 3rd Party management, communication and documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Time-sensitive focus – orientation – enforcing timelines.
- Excellent skill to make sure to follow-up on ongoing activities and keep pushing to elevate your projects plus agility to pivot and adapt as needs evolve
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team and with stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in international project management with financial follow-up.
- Strong resource management, planning, and risk management skills. It is a plus if you are familiar with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to build long-lasting internal and external relationships.
- Excellent motivational and leadership skills to encourage your team.
- Managerial experience and the ability to step into a team-leader role
- Technical Acumen: Understanding software development processes and technologies, particularly in the customer’s environment
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
