Our client, a leading company, is looking for a Forklift Operator - Material Handler to join their team in Buffalo, NY. This role involves operating material handling equipment, ensuring accurate inventory movement, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload product efficiently
- Operate pallet jacks (manual & electric), sit-down - stand-up forklifts and clamp truck
- Move materials in and out of racking up to 24ft high
- Ensure quality control and follow safety procedures
- Keep the workspace clean and organized through routine housekeeping
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 30 lbs frequently
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- All shifts.
