What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at Lyndon Institute?

Custodian Lyndon Institute is seeking to hire a full time Custodian to work 40hrs/wk during 2nd shift. This position will have tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, taking out trash, and some outside work such as salting/sanding walkways. This position will report directly to the Director of Maintenance and be eligible for benefits such as medical/dental/vision/life/disability/FSA/retirement/vacation/PTO/paid holidays.
