Responsibilities:
- Full charge balance sheet and income statement knowledge.
- Ensure funding is received and vehicles are paid off in a timely manner
- Cleaning schedules
- Reconciling reserve statements
- Calculate and submit monthly state Sales and Use tax return.
- Reconciling bank statements
- Monthly reconciliation of factory parts statement.
- Calculate monthly employee bonuses.
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Responds to inquiries from the General Manager on a wide range of financial results, special reporting requests, etc.
- Support and manage your accounting team.
- Responsible for managing monthly preparation of the financial statements.
Qualifications
- Automotive experience necessary.
- General Accounting/bookkeeping procedures knowledge, factory procedures and knowledge of Excel.
- Must have the ability to manage, motivate, teach, and develop staff to be effective in their respective positions.
- Must be professional, flexible, highly organized, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Always leads by example with professional work ethic.
- Regular on-time attendance is essential.
- Automate DMS experience helpful.

Annual Salary range $ 65,000 to $ 90,000 Based on applicants level of experience.

Pay: $1,250.00 - $1,550.00 per week
