RMC/SOS - Inbound Sales Coordinator

RMC/SOS (Records Management Center and Shredding On Site) protects information for businesses across Maine and southern New Hampshire. We offer on-site and plant shredding, shred events, records storage, scanning and digitization, hard drive and media destruction, and cloud document management. We are part of Lynch Group, a family-owned company headquartered in Bangor.

We’re adding an Inbound Sales Coordinator to our growing sales team. You’ll be the fast, friendly first answer for customers who need shredding, and you’ll turn one-time customers into long-term ones.

What you’ll do

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries by phone, email, website quote requests, and online lead sources, assessing each prospect’s needs and recommending the right service
• Prepare quotes and proposals, follow up consistently, and close new shredding business
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities with recent customers across our service offerings, including hard drive and mobile media destruction
• Coordinate shred events from booking through handoff to our operations team
• Partner with operations and account management to deliver a seamless first service and a smooth transition into an ongoing customer relationship
• Maintain accurate records of every lead, activity, and opportunity in our CRM (Pipedrive), and track performance against goals

What you bring

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or another phone-based role
• A habit of following up fast and following through
• Clear, warm communication by phone and email
• Comfort learning a CRM and quoting tools
• Organization: you can juggle many small deals at once without dropping any
• Interest in growing into a larger sales role
