Requirements
- 3 years of experience
- Ability to lead and work alongside a team
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining accuracy
Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate, and mentor sales staff (daily tasks and overall performance)
- Give every customer an exceptional experience
- Monitor competitor’s ads and pricing
- Maintain the showroom and the lot
- Prepare commission data for sales staff daily
- Advertising management: Post ads and plan ads for futures sales
- Maintain Chevy testing and training
- Review previous day for unclosed deals, and prioritize closing them
Salary : $145 - $585
