We’re looking for a warm, organized, self-motivated person to become the first face our clients see when they walk through the door.
We specialize in post-surgical lymphatic therapy, wellness lymphatic therapy, ScarWork, and red light therapy in a calm, healing environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, enjoys wellness, and wants to be part of a growing small business.
Hours
- Part-time (8–10 hours/week to start)
- Opportunity for additional hours as the clinic grows
Pay
- $18/hour

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a relaxing first impression
- Answer phones, texts, and emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Guide clients through their red light therapy sessions
- Help clients browse and purchase wellness retail products
- Restock inventory and keep displays looking beautiful
- Light cleaning
- Keep the waiting room clean, organized, and inviting
- Help with administrative tasks
