Schedule: Mon–Thu (8 AM – 5 PM), Fri (8 AM – 12 PM)
Job Summary
A popular and successful ENT practice in the South Orlando / Kissimmee area is actively seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join their growing team. This is a premier opportunity to join a stable group that already includes experienced ENT PAs, Audiologists, and robust clinical support staff.
This position is perfect for a provider seeking exceptional work-life balance. You will enjoy a strictly outpatient setting with no hospital rounding and no ER call, plus an early start to your weekend every week with half-day Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Provide evaluation and management for the full spectrum of Ear, Nose, and Throat (Otolaryngology) disorders in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Procedures: Perform in-office clinical procedures, including flexible laryngoscopy and nasal endoscopy.
- Collaboration: Work alongside board-certified Otolaryngologists and a supportive team of APPs and Audiologists.
- Call Duties: Light phone call duties shared between all providers (patient questions only; no hospital or Emergency Department call required).
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- No Nights, No Weekends
- 100% Outpatient (No Hospital Rounding)
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) as a Physician Assistant is preferred. Candidates with experience in relevant specialties (Urgent Care, Primary Care, Emergency Medicine) are also strongly encouraged to apply, as well as highly motivated new graduates with a specific interest in otolaryngology.
- Licensure: Current Florida Physician Assistant License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certifications: Active DEA License.
- Skills: Proficiency with EMR systems and strong clinical procedural skills.
