Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients through personalized outreach to foster relationships and uncover new business opportunities
- Assist in managing client accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
- Support business development initiatives by identifying prospects and participating in strategic sales campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand product offerings and develop compelling messaging for different client segments
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, update client information, and monitor sales pipelines
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, project execution, and ongoing support
Experience
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade confidently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to connect with diverse audiences
- Basic understanding of B2B (business-to-business) sales processes and account management principles
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and technology sales concepts is a plus
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools is advantageous

Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
