We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that is currently headquartered in Southern California. We have a presence in Tennessee, Nevada, and Montana.
We are looking for someone who wants to work in tech. Ideally, we want someone that is passionate about technology. We focus anywhere from fixing computers, maintaining networks and servers, low-voltage, cybersecurity, and soon AI consulting.

We are hiring for an ENTRY LEVEL full time IT Field Technician. This position includes training in the world of Information Technology and real-life experience. None of this book and classroom stuff that is out of date. No videos or webinars here. We want you to learn the skills needed for this position. We hope you take these skills and apply them to a future with our firm. We are a small nit firm who care about our clients.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Assist and perform basic PC repair (on-site/remote)
- Assist and perform OS and software installation(s)
- Assist and perform network cable and phone cable installation
- Troubleshoot PC, MAC, mobile, and network devices.
- Train clients to operate PC, MAC, mobile, and/or software
- Assist CEO and general manager as needed
- Assist and perform hardware diagnostics
- Train on new and various installation methods
- Ability to work on your own
- On occasion, lift anywhere between 40-75lbs boxes
- On occasion, travel/work weekends
- On occasion, travel/work out of town for clients in Lancaster, Los Angeles, OC, Nevada, and Tennessee
Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows XP thru 11
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (2007 thru 365)
- Possess customer service skills
- Maintain collaborative work environment
- High School Diploma
- MUST Own Transportation

- Knowledge of Windows Server environment / Active Directory
