Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Greet customers, process payments through our POS system, and accurately handle both in-store and phone orders.
- Floral Prep: Clean, strip, and process fresh flower shipments, and assist our designers with prepping stems.
- Shop Maintenance: Restock shelves and perform general daily cleaning.
Requirements
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn the trade.
- The physical capability to stand for long periods, lift, and carry floral buckets.
