Job Responsibilities  Data Management and Analysis: Evaluate utility consumption and emissions data to measure the effectiveness of each site’s environmental performance initiatives, emissions reduction efforts, and cost savings Support 3rd party vendor’s efforts to collect and report utility consumption and emissions data Ensure accurate and timely upload of utility consumption data to external data management platform Analyze utility consumption data to assess impact of environmental performance initiatives on emissions and cost reduction and understand trends in the context of production Implementation and Monitoring: Coordinate with Alkegen manufacturing sites globally to monitor the progress of environmental performance initiatives and annual emissions reduction targets Support implementation of the company’s ESG strategy and achievement of sustainability goals Maintain internal dashboards that highlight key performance metrics and support reporting and communications with stakeholders Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the 3rd party vendor, manufacturing sites, and AP/AR teams to ensure timely access to utility consumption data Work with internal and external stakeholders as required for reporting and compliance related to environmental impact (Scope 1, Scope 2, water, waste, and recycling) at Alkegen manufacturing sites Work with sustainability consultant to identify opportunities for global emissions reductions and cost-effective renewable energy opportunities aligned with business strategy Engage with internal stakeholders and manufacturing sites to compile information needed to support completion of Life Cycle Analysis Prepare reporting packages for monthly business unit and leadership meetings, as well as quarterly Board meetings Compliance and Risk Management: Support compliance with all relevant ESG regulations and standards Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ESG activities and reports Prepare process documentation for audits and reviews as required Prepare and file response to ESG and Sustainability surveys, including engagement with internal stakeholders, customers, and reporting agencies Assist in the preparation of Alkegen’s annual Sustainability Report and drafting of ESG policies Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in ESG Recommend and support improvements to existing ESG programs and processes Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, audit or related field Strong understanding of ESG principles, standards, and reporting frameworks Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with data management and reporting tools Strong analytical and research skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Key Competencies: Manufacturing industry experience, preferred but not required Finance or audit experience, preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Robust organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet monthly reporting deadlines Commitment to continuous improvement and learning Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams Excellent analytical and data management skills, writing and presentation skills Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet strict deadlines Ability to execute long term projects  Excellent communication and collaboration skills  Commitment to Alkegen’s Mission, Vision, and Values At Alkegen, we strive every day to help people – ALL PEOPLE – breathe easier, live greener and go further than ever before.
