Purpose of the Role
The Commercial Enablement Specialist provides administrative and system support to accelerate customer onboarding, pipeline execution, and RFQ preparation in alignment with the US Quarterback & Planning Team. This role ensures structured workflows related to EP, VRB, MDM, and credit processes, and supports cross-regional coordination between Europe and the Americas.
Core Responsibilities
- CRM data governance and maintenance
- Pipeline & VRB setup, tracking, and reporting
- Customer onboarding coordination (MDM, Credit, Profitability approval workflows)
- RFQ preparation support in collaboration with the US Quarterback Team
- Communication and coordination with European and US customer teams
- Reporting & data extraction (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Presentation creation and formatting (PowerPoint)
- EP expense handling, travel booking assistance, and related administrative tasks
- Cross-functional coordination with Finance, Planning, Operations, and HQ teams
Requirement
- 2–5 years of commercial, logistics, or sales support experience preferred
- Fluent in English (German a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems
- Korean language skills beneficial but not mandatory
