We are seeking a highly driven and experienced contract logistics solutions professional who can aggressively support the expansion of our U.S. CL business through strategic pricing, solution design, and procurement excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in RFQ/RFP pricing, cost optimization, and designing customer-focused warehousing and transportation solutions.
■ About the Role
The CL Solutions & Pricing Manager will be responsible for supporting the growth of our U.S. contract logistics business by leading solution design, pricing strategy, and procurement activities for new and existing customer opportunities. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role suited for a seasoned logistics professional with strong experience in warehouse and transportation cost modeling, RFQ / RFP proposal development, and vendor sourcing to drive profitable business growth.
■ Responsibilities
- Lead pricing strategy and cost modeling for contract logistics opportunities, including warehousing, transportation, and value-added services
- Develop competitive pricing proposals and commercial responses for RFQ / RFP submissions
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to design customer-tailored logistics solutions
- Conduct procurement activities including carrier/vendor sourcing, rate negotiation, and cost benchmarking
- Evaluate warehouse setup requirements, labor assumptions, transportation lanes, and operational cost structures
- Support proposal development, customer presentations, and solution design documentation
- Monitor market pricing trends and vendor performance to ensure competitiveness and margin optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during customer onboarding and implementation phases
■ Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in contract logistics, solution design, pricing, procurement, or related commercial support functions
- Strong experience in warehouse and transportation cost modeling, pricing strategy, and RFQ / RFP response development
- Proven ability to develop customer-tailored logistics solutions and support new business opportunities
- Experience in vendor sourcing, carrier negotiation, and procurement management
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and pricing / cost analysis tools
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work closely with Sales, Operations, and customer-facing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented
- Prior experience supporting warehouse startup, customer implementation, or solution transition projects preferred
- Experience in proposal presentation and customer-facing commercial discussions preferred
