As part of our continued evolution, Lindora is integrating resistance training powered by EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) into our offerings—powered by E20. Strength training plays a critical role in metabolic health—supporting muscle mass, improving insulin sensitivity, and enhancing long-term weight management outcomes. This addition allows us to deliver a more comprehensive, results-driven approach to total-body wellness.
