The Optimization Specialist will play a critical role in the proper calibration of LVT units through consistent observation of unit statuses and the initial setup of new accounts. About This Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Optimization Specialist to join our team. The Optimization Specialist will play a critical role in the proper calibration of LVT units through consistent observation of unit statuses and the initial setup of new accounts. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure the efficient and accurate arrangement of new and over alerting units.
Responsibilities
- Observe client units and analyze incoming alerts to identify any potential issues or abnormalities.
- Diagnose units that are not sending alerts or are not within optimal alert range, utilizing your technical expertise.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues by adjusting configurations, and performing diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that require specialized attention.
- Document observations, findings, and solutions accurately and thoroughly for reference and future analysis.
- Regularly communicate and provide updates to stakeholders regarding the status and progress of ongoing optimization activities.
- Continuously analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify patterns or trends that may indicate system performance issues.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of optimization initiatives.
- Strong technical aptitude
- Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
- Experience with security and surveillance software and tools is a plus.
