Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a strategic vision that aligns Global HQ initiatives with local market specificities, ensuring data and AI serve as engines for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and evolve a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists and Analysts. Foster a culture of technical excellence and commercial acumen, ensuring the team effectively bridges the gap between complex data modeling and actionable business insights.
- Champion the region’s data integrity strategy. Lead initiatives to enrich, clean, and unify data assets, creating the robust foundation necessary for high-performance AI, clienteling, and the "Enrich" program.
- Move beyond experimentation to scale. Lead the application of AI and Generative AI to drive measurable business outcomes across customer interaction, media optimization, and automated communications.
- Serve as the definitive owner of algorithm localization, adapting global AI models to account for US cultural nuances, privacy regulations, and specific consumer behaviors.
- Own the regional reporting framework, empowering Maison leadership with predictive insights and a "single source of truth" regarding market trends and business performance.
- Lead coordination across CRM, IT, Media, and Legal functions to break down silos, activating data initiatives at scale while representing US priorities in Global forums.

- Scout and activate emerging use cases (e.g., Agentic AI), ensuring the region stays ahead of the curve in automated commerce and personalized content generation.
- Collaborate with IT and Client Development to build a unified data ecosystem, ensuring seamless model integration across all touchpoints.
- Lead the regional execution of data enrichment programs, securing 3rd-party partnerships that enhance our granular understanding of the US client.
Regional Intelligence & Performance
- Transform reporting from descriptive to predictive. Evolve the regional intelligence framework to provide forward-looking visibility into customer behavior and market dynamics.
- Deliver high-impact, regular, and ad-hoc insights that support brand-level decision-making, ensuring data is accessible, understandable, and actionable for non-technical leaders.
Leadership & Governance
- Set clear strategic priorities for your direct reports (Data Science & Analytics), guiding them to translate technical findings into compelling business narratives.
- Represent the US region in Global Data & AI forums, advocating for local priorities and ensuring that market needs shape the global development roadmap.
- Champion data literacy across the organization, fostering a culture where data is treated as a strategic asset and AI is embraced as an enabler of human talent.

- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams (Data Scientists/Analysts), with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier data talent.
- Deep understanding of the modern data stack (Cloud, CDP) and AI landscape (LLMs, GenAI, Predictive Modeling). You do not need to code, but you must be able to lead those who do.
- Strong background in data privacy (CCPA/GDPR), security, and lifecycle management, with experience building "Golden Record" strategies.
