As a Water Resources Engineer in Franklin, TN, you will lead and contribute to diverse projects, including stormwater management, environmental permitting, MS4 compliance, watershed planning, and municipal engineering. Key Responsibilities
- Lead environmental planning and permitting for complex transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Interpret and apply local, state, and federal environmental regulations throughout project lifecycles.
- Advise municipalities on environmental policies, technical standards, and design guidelines.
- Oversee QA/QC for technical deliverables, including reports, permit applications, and design documentation.
- Manage project scopes, budgets, invoicing, and financial forecasting.
- Provide mentorship and performance oversight for junior and mid-level engineers.
- Drive client engagement and business development, including proposals and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications
