The Project Executive will guide the growth of the Water & Environmental Infrastructure practice within the Memphis market. This position combines leadership, business development, client engagement, and high‑level project oversight.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with key clients across the region.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and develop long-term client service plans.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities, including competitive pursuits and direct engagements.
- Lead strategy development for major proposals, interviews, and positioning efforts.
- Oversee business development budgets and represent the organization at industry and community events.
- Negotiate contracts, develop scopes and fees, and ensure successful project execution.
- Provide guidance and oversight to project managers to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
- Support annual planning and coordinate with regional and market leadership.
- Participate in active project delivery when needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead teaming efforts with partners for strategic pursuits.
- Contribute to team growth through recruiting, mentoring, and performance development.
