Construction Sales / Project Manager
As a key member of the branch operations team, you will play a dual role in driving sales growth while overseeing project execution from start to finish.
- Support branch marketing initiatives and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Perform detailed takeoffs from blueprints and existing structures to develop accurate estimates
- Prepare proposals, administer contracts, and develop project schedules and budgets
- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Generate customer billings and assist with collections when necessary
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, owners, engineers, and general contractors
- Identify and develop new opportunities for Western's services, including concrete and masonry restoration, waterproofing, and related solutions
- Actively promote company services to both new and existing clients through strategic outreach and networking
- Prepare and present proposals, follow up with clients, and close sales opportunities
- Participate in industry organizations and events to expand network and generate leads
- Manage projects from initial sale through completion, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents and Foremen to meet project timelines and requirements
- Monitor field operations to ensure quality standards and execution goals are achieved
- Communicate and document all project changes, including change orders, with both clients and internal teams
- Maintain organized and complete job files throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure accurate and timely billing processes
- Assist in training and mentoring both sales and field personnel
- Contribute to overall branch performance by strengthening internal and external relationships
- Stay current with industry trends and maintain technical expertise through ongoing training and education
- 4 years of experience in commercial construction (concrete and masonry restoration preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Solid understanding of construction processes and industry standards
- Ideal candidate is well-rounded in both sales and project management, with a stronger emphasis on sales ability
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
