This executive will drive operational excellence, ensure safe and timely delivery of solar projects, and scale construction capabilities to support national growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all construction activities from pre-construction through commissioning
- Build and manage high-performing teams across multiple regions
- Develop and implement scalable processes and safety protocols
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and forecasting
- Serve as a key liaison with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10 years in solar or renewable construction leadership
- Proven success delivering large-scale C&I solar projects
- Strong knowledge of EPC workflows, permitting, and interconnection
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
