A leading C&I solar EPC firm is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Construction to oversee all field operations, project execution, and construction leadership. This executive will drive operational excellence, ensure safe and timely delivery of solar projects, and scale construction capabilities to support national growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all construction activities from pre-construction through commissioning
- Build and manage high-performing teams across multiple regions
- Develop and implement scalable processes and safety protocols
- Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and schedule targets
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and forecasting
- Serve as a key liaison with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10 years in solar or renewable construction leadership
- Proven success delivering large-scale C&I solar projects
- Strong knowledge of EPC workflows, permitting, and interconnection
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
