- Oversee structural projects from concept through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination.
- Lead design efforts for a variety of building types: healthcare, higher education, hospitality, multi-family, commercial, and renovation projects.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource and mentor for junior engineers.
- Engage in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and project tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's with structural emphasis preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in structural building design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proven project management experience and leadership skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a track record of successful client interaction.
- Familiarity with REVIT and other structural design software preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or education sectors is a plus.
