What You Will Do
Mission Critical Structural Engineering Leadership
Lead structural design for mission critical and data center projects
Serve as project manager on complex, fast‑paced assignments
Oversee construction documents, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate closely with MEP, architecture, and commissioning teams
Perform design calculations and review BIM/AutoCAD deliverables
Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) for local projects
Support pursuit strategies for mission critical clients
Prepare proposals, SOQs, and technical materials
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and owners
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) required; SE a plus
8 years of structural engineering experience
Mission critical or industrial experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Revit
Experience with RAM, RISA, EnerCalc, Adapt, ETABS, Tekla Structural Designer, etc.
Established network within the Dallas A/E/C community is highly valued
Strong technical instincts and problem‑solving ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow a new office
