- Assisting with structural analysis and design for new and existing buildings using steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.
- Conducting field investigations, site observations, and condition assessments.
- Preparing engineering reports, repair recommendations, and construction documents.
- Supporting modelling and drafting efforts using 2D and 3D design tools in coordination with CAD/Revit teams.
- Participating in construction-phase services, including on-site inspections and contractor coordination.
- Collaborating with senior engineers on restoration, façade, parking structure, waterproofing, and structural repair projects.
- Providing technical support across project phases, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to schedule.
- Engaging in continuous learning and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required, PE or ability to obtain within 6 months is preferred
- 3 years of experience in structural engineering
- Foundational knowledge of structural design using steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.
- Familiarity with building envelope systems, waterproofing, or restoration work is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.
- Proficiency with structural design software and modelling tools (e.g., RISA, SAP, STAAD, or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Desire to grow into a role involving project engineering, technical leadership, and client-facing responsibilities.
