The Role

They're looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design efforts, mentor junior engineers, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for diverse projects, from simple builds to complex industrial facilities.
• Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and interior design teams to integrate systems seamlessly.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering internal talent and professional standards.
• Oversee structural calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Engage with clients and contractors to resolve technical queries during bidding and construction.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8 years of structural engineering experience, ideally in a multi-disciplinary design firm.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (Revit, RAM, ETABS, Tekla).
• Strong technical knowledge of building materials and structural systems.

Desired Skills and Experience

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
