Senior Project Manager- Building Envelope

A leading NYC‑based building envelope consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive complex FISP (LL11) projects and restoration projects across NYC. As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead FISP/LL11 projects from assessment through completion, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Manage and mentor small project teams, fostering collaboration, quality, and professional development.

• Serve as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

• Provide technical guidance on building envelope systems, façade evaluations, and restoration strategies.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to support company growth and contribute to long‑term strategic initiatives.
  
  

• Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE) in New York - required.

• 7 years of experience in FISP/Local Law 11, including hands‑on project management.

• Ambition to acquire QEWI or QPSI is ideal

• Experience in parking garage restoration or façade systems - additional

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong client‑facing communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
