What You'll Do:
- Lead geotechnical investigations and analyses for hydroelectric facilities, dam foundations, embankments, and related structures.
- Perform stability evaluations, seepage analysis, and foundation design for new and existing infrastructure.
- Develop detailed technical reports, design recommendations, and construction specifications.
- Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental engineers to integrate geotechnical solutions into holistic project designs.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

- Expertise in soil mechanics, rock mechanics, and geotechnical software for stability and seepage analysis.
