Senior Foreman - Commercial Roofing

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Foreman to lead and oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing, proven leadership skills, and a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews on-site.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to guide installation and repair work.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
• Train and mentor junior crew members, promoting skill development and safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project milestones.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in low-slope and metal roofing systems.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Manufacturer training certifications (preferred).
