Senior Controls Engineer
Location: West Lebanon, NH (Relocation assistance available)
Travel: Up to 10% (domestic and international)

This role is ideal for someone passionate about motion control, robotics, and smart automation systems, with a strong background in designing and integrating high-performance solutions for manufacturing test and assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation systems integrating actuators, motors, servo presses, sensors, gauges, and SCADA systems
- Lead development of electrical controls for custom machines and test systems, ensuring quality, safety, and reliability
- Collaborate across engineering and business teams to deliver impactful solutions for global manufacturing operations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 4 years of experience in controls automation
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Logix 5000, RS Linx), robotics (Fanuc, Epson, UR), and vision systems (Cognex, Keyence)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PowerBI, and mistake-proofing principles
