As a Civil Coastal Engineer, you will support the planning, design, and delivery of coastal and marine civil engineering projects, contributing to solutions that protect, enhance, and future-proof critical infrastructure and waterfront environments.

- Support the design and analysis of coastal, waterfront, shoreline protection, and marine civil engineering projects
- Assist with site development, grading, drainage, erosion control, and coastal resilience solutions
- Prepare engineering reports, design calculations, technical drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, environmental, and marine engineering
- Contribute to project planning, permitting, and regulatory coordination
- Support construction-phase services, including reviews, responses to RFIs, and site visits as required
- Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality technical outcomes for clients
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- PE licenced in Alabama
- Strong experience in design/modeling
- Experience with relevant engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, GIS, or similar tools is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow within a high-performing engineering environment
