Recruitment Consultant

LVI Associates is an industry leader in Energy and Infrastructure Consulting and Recruitment and we are looking for talented people to join our team. We are part of Phaidon International, the 4th largest direct hire firm in the recruitment industry. The Boston office is the 3rd largest in the Phaidon group and has enjoyed exponential growth since opening in 2016. We are looking to grow this high performing office due to increased demand from our client base who are searching for mission critical talent, senior talent.

The LVI team is over 70 people and has an excellent reputation in the industry. We have many of ENR's highest rated firms as our clientele and our consultants regularly exceed their OTE in the first year. The management team applicants will be working with is entirely filled with industry specialists who have the network and skillset to develop future top billers. Members of LVI have been awarded Top Rookie in 7/9 years that we have been operating within the Boston office.

What does the role involve?

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across different micro-specialized industries.
• Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients - our clients range from startups to thriving fortune 100 companies.
• Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Negotiations – both on the candidate and commercial side.
• You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made - this is an uncapped commission opportunity!

The Boston office was founded in 2016, with just 3 consultants at the time, and after 9 years of sustained success the office is now the 3rd largest in the Phaidon group from a revenue perspective. In the 9 years of existence the team in Boston has supported over 1000 clients to fill their most critical positions, placing over 4,000 candidates in that timeframe. • $47,500 base salary unlimited commission (75k-85k average 1st year OTE)
