A leading national GC is seeking a Project Executive or a Senior Project Manager who can develop into that role, to join the team in Tampa Bay. This position will play a key role on multimillion dollar landmark projects, as the firm continues to expand their presence in the Central Florida market.

Key responsibilities of the Project Executive | High-Rise Construction include:

• Lead project teams through preconstruction, execution, and delivery phases
• Define and oversee project staff roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Promote a strong safety culture by leading by example and ensuring full implementation and ongoing compliance with corporate safety programs.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including PMs, superintendents, and field crews.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee preparation for quarterly management and financial review meetings in coordination with the operations manager.

Key requirements of the Project Executive | High-Rise Construction include:

• Commercial high-rise construction and design expertise, having working on projects valued at $75m and above.
• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of construction management, including safety, risk mitigation and control methods.
• Demonstrates exceptional business judgment by consistently delivering profitable outcomes and achieving successful project closeouts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
