The Project Engineer II will be responsible for:
- Managing and preparing project submittals, RFIs, and construction documentation
- Coordinating procurement activities for materials and equipment, including long-lead items
- Assisting with subcontract administration, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Maintaining project files, as-built drawings, and document control systems
- Supporting project scheduling, cost tracking, and quantity reporting
- Working closely with field teams to ensure timely material deliveries and project execution
- Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Assisting with project closeout documentation and final project reporting
- Supporting change order management and project buyout activities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 4 years of construction project engineering experience
- Experience with commercial, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, education, or large-scale building projects
- Strong understanding of construction documents, submittals, procurement, and project controls
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
