- Direct architectural efforts from initial design through final build.
- Coordinate infrastructure and integrate mechanical, electrical, and specialized process systems.
- Collaborate with engineers on facilities for high-tech clients in sectors
- Design industrial spaces (warehouses, distribution hubs, and fabrication labs) with a focus on operational flow and system support.
- Create retail environments that reflect brand identity and enhance user experience.
- Plan commercial office spaces that meet client needs while ensuring safety, compliance, and visual appeal.
- 10-20 years of experience in architecture, with relevant project exposure.
- Licensed to practice architecture.
- Strong coordination skills, especially with MEP and process systems.
- Skilled in Revit and BIM-based workflows.
