- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while generating new business opportunities.
- Lead complex environmental consulting projects from proposal development through execution.
- Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, profitability, and client expectations.
- Provide technical leadership for site investigation, remediation, regulatory compliance, due diligence, brownfield redevelopment, and related environmental projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, legal counsel, developers, industrial organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop technical staff and emerging project managers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, growth strategies, and technical innovation.
- Support proposal preparation, client presentations, and strategic business development initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of environmental consulting experience.
- Professional licensure or certification in a relevant discipline preferred.
- Strong technical background in environmental remediation, site investigation, regulatory compliance, environmental risk management, or related service areas.
- Experience working with state and federal regulatory programs, including contaminated site assessment and remediation programs.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and revenue generation.
- Established network of commercial, industrial, legal, development, or institutional clients.
- Strong project management, financial management, and leadership skills.
