An established, industry-leading contractor within the parking structure restoration and engineering space is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to support a national portfolio of work.
This is a senior-level position within the field services team, responsible for overseeing both project delivery and client engagement, while supporting broader business and team development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all project-related matters
- Manage contractual obligations across assigned projects
- Forecast and track financial performance
- Oversee project cash flow including invoicing and collections
- Plan, schedule, and execute projects to meet or exceed financial and operational targets
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and compliance
- Build and manage strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Support estimating, scope development, and preconstruction efforts
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to project teams
- Monitor cost, quality, and schedule performance, escalating risks where needed
- Coordinate with engineers and internal stakeholders on technical delivery
- Manage subcontractor scopes, change orders, and site logistics
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all parties
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and closeout deliverables
- Contribute to continuous improvement, R&D initiatives, and internal best practice sharing
Experience & Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management (restoration, concrete, or similar sectors preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience managing larger, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficient with industry software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, project management systems)
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required

- Managing multiple concurrent projects with annual portfolio volumes over $10m

- Reports into senior project leadership within the national accounts division
