Our client is seeking an experienced Principal Architect to lead their office in Henderson or Las Vegas, NV. This role combines leadership, business development, and client engagement responsibilities. You will guide project teams, strengthen client relationships, and position the firm as a trusted partner and industry leader in the region.
Leadership & Strategy
- Partner with senior leadership to align strategic goals, optimize resources, and ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Drive growth and profitability within the regional market while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Mentor and develop staff, promoting professional growth and team success.
Project Oversight
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing complex conversations and expectations.
- Support teams in delivering innovative, high-quality design solutions aligned with client objectives.
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat work and referrals.
- Identify new opportunities and lead strategies to expand the client base.
- Oversee proposals and presentations, collaborating with marketing and project teams.
- Represent the firm at industry events and stay informed on market trends to guide growth strategies.
- Accredited professional degree in Architecture and active licensure (Nevada license preferred).
- 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
