Required:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
- 3 years of geotechnical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Commitment to safety and quality
Preferred:
- PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Experience with heavy civil infrastructure
- Skills in advanced modeling or specialty design
- Interest in business development
